RecommendedThey're great. Everyone I talked to from there was friendly, helpful and a good listener. After their first visit there was still a problem (it was a difficult one to figure out) so they came out again and didn't charge for labor for the second visit. Now it works perfectly.

Service Technician arrived well ahead of promised time, was courteous and honest about increased costs upfront. worked quickly and completed tasks thoroughly. Identified additional repair needs with honest appraisal (a broken spring of another door) which was much appreicated since door failure could have occured within days resulting in additional service call costs. Much appreciated.

They did a great job putting a new chain on my door. It didn’t take long. The only thing that upset me was the price they charged. The chain was 50.00 it took 45 minutes and they charged me 483.00. I think that is a little bit high. I expected $200 , but this was a little to much. I will check around when I need further work done.
