RecommendedWes called and said he was on the way. He arrived promptly and in a matter of just a few minutes had us up and running again with our door opener. He had the part on the truck repaired it and throughly checked out the door and rollers and was on his way. Wes was very professional. I highly recommend Fairmount Door for your garage door snd opener needs.

We called Fairmount door and we talked to Mark! They sent out Wesley Richards! He was very good to deal with! He was very thorough doing his job! He found one of Photo cells was out of alignment! He corrected it! He took apart big controller on roof and said the gears were still in very good shape! He lubricated the rollers! Everything was done just as it was suppose to be and at a reasonable price.
I was very pleased with my service call and repair. I called late in the afternoon and they were there the next morning even though my vehicle was not trapped in the garage. They are extremely polite and helpful. I have done business with them for years and have always been satisfied.
They were quick to and and quick to get the job ordered and finished!
We just had our 2 doors replaced this week and couldn’t be happier with the job completed thank you Matt, Scott and Fairmount Door the doors look great and operate so smoothly and quiet.
They have great response time. The office staff work with you to get timely service The technician that came to my home was extremely friendly and I might note that he went above and beyond by putting out a major fire at my home while he was there. Just so happened he saw the fire and immediately ran to his truck, grab his fire extinguisher and snuffed out the flames before it caused further damages. I was so grateful for him.
