I have never met more personable representatives of a company. On both occasions they've been to the house, phone calls to let me know they were on the way and "diagnosis" of the problem and solution thereof was quick and tidy. I had a small bracket attaching the door to the garage door opener arm. I wasn’t sure where to find the bracket to replace it myself. Called Fairmount Door and they quickly came to my house and replaced it. Everything now back to normal. I have always been happy with their work and service. Thank you.
