I live across this place. A decent place for shopping, a bit crowded on weekends but it got it all. I hate the fact that they removed tim hortons from the court :(

There really isn't a lot going on in this mall anymore. But it does have a zehrs and a Walmart, and a decent food court, which is basically where all the seniors in the city come to socialize :) never really busy either so you can pop in and out.
