Please DO NOT come to stay here. Its honestly a waste of money & living .. These apartments make me want to croke over!! the staff is so unproffessional all but one person. The maintence dont want to do their job, every time I have a work order request its "they are busy taking car eof other work orders," but every time I look around they are on the carts riding around having fun. I put a work order in days before I actually wanted the work done, they asked me what time I will like for maintence to come I told them 10am .. N... read more

Lived here for 3 years, always have issues with getting maintenance to come fix things in a timely manner, like last year when the AC went out twice. Was without AC in the middle of summer for an entire weekend because “we can’t send maintenance out at this time.” The second time it went out (because it wasn’t fixed right the first time) I had to go into the office until they agreed to send someone out. I moved in on November the 8th of 2017 which is not even a month ago.I reported mold in kitchen drawers and cabinets yet no one has even contacted in regards to the issue. This morning I went into the kitchen water was all over the kitchen floor and somehow dirty water from the dishwasher is leaking out. At this point, I think it would be in my best interest to cut ties with them and give them a 60 day notice to vacate because I will not tolerate this bullsh:t.Signed Mrs.Gipson in Unit 49.

BEEN Reporting the WATER, THEY still HADN'T came FIXED it yet.. HOW can u EVER WASH DISHES& its on FULL blast. The TOILET Barely FLUSHES... THE BathRoom CABINET looks like its CAVING IN... WHEN u TURN the WATER on in the TUB the SHOWER RUNS at the same time. The CEILING fan motor is going out, THEY Said be Patient.. THE AIR Barely works. The hall closet BARELY opens and damn near broke from opening it.. & U PAY ALL THAT RENT FOR WHAT?

When you pick up your keys to your apartment , they have you do a walk-through to check off any issues regarding your apartment. They tell you that they're going to send the maintenance men out once your list is complete , and i did a walk through , turned it in , and had been waiting for 4 weeks for maintenance to come out. When i run the water in the bath tub , the shower comes on while the water's running ( And yes , i checked ti see if it's on shiwer mode.... it's not ) the ceiling fan in my bedroom doesn't go on high , ... read more

Maintaince is so bad we complain 10 times no one fix the issue. Exit gate has spikes it malfunctions and puncture your tires. It happen to me on July 6th 2017 between 8:45PM to 9:00 PM. They put the sign next day outside management is not responsible for property damage. Shame on you...

Some units have issues with rodents. My roommate and I moved into the Fairway View apartment complex in the summer. Three months later I started to notice 'mice' droppings in an upstairs closet. I immediately set my own traps and the next day I notified the front office so that maintenance could come to seal the hole they were coming in. An exterminator stopped by once to reset the traps I bought myself but didn’t catch anything. Air filter never replaced since the time we moved in a year ago. They need to renovate these apartments. Carpet was never cleaned before us. Maintenance takes FOREVER-literally months- to come out to do anything. The poor people working in the office HAVE to live here to work here and they even know how bad it is. It seems as though they have been TRYING to update the outside of the apartments, but what good does that do for us living INSIDE them? A resident I know has had a work order in for more than two weeks on a disposal and backed up kitchen sink and dishwasher. No answer at the office on this matter. She has to do dishes in a bath tub. The pool was closed most of the summer. They have all kinds of activities, but don't do maintenance, or anything that really matters. The gates don't keep anyone out except emergency services. When ambulances and fire trucks come residents have to get out of bed to let them in.
