My husband went in today to cash his check and recvd the 3rd degree about why he doesn't have an account or why he doesn't go to a grocery store to cash his check. He has been going here for years and this cashier was out place asking him this, I can understand asking about possibly opening an account but when he replied no he has another bank, that should be it. Horrible, they give lip service. managers don't know process. you need to ask questions that they should know answers to. Don't know they receive paychecks. Total joke. Credit union. Hardly a company. Stay away.

Yet another fantastic experience with this branch! The staff is nice but I can't imagine there's more than 3 people working here. It takes minimum 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru. You have to take a solid hour out of your day to get anything done here. If it weren't for them being competent and kind it wouldn't be worth it. Fairwinds, hire some staff and give these people some help.

I gave been a member of Fairwinds for over 25 years. I have gone to just about every branch that you have. This is one of my favorites. Miss Crystal must know how to get the best employees to work with her and the teller was a good example of this.
So I walk into the bank today to file a fraud on my account I called FAIRWINDS card holder help line and talked to two different people a gentleman named jarred and a women named Marisa I was advised the dispute would be handled in 2-3 days and will be receiving a call from a army based number which seemed odd and strange so then I get a email to do a dispute via email which I did not receive so I explain at the window where I am normally welcome by my last name that makes you feel like home well not today they helped me out... read more
FAIRWINDS credit union has been my banking solution for the last 20 years. Their service is excellent their rates are very very good and their staff is absolutely fantastic. They know their product and they try and help whenever they can. I have recommended FAIRWINDS to many of my family and friends
I need it desperately to find my credit union yesterday so I told my husband I believe there's one in Winter Park across the street from the Mall that we like to frequent. And we drove there and yes there it was!. So I drove in and went around through the drive-through because I didn't have time to go inside I didn't really need to I was just cashing a check.
