Stopped by the Fairwinds Credit Union drive-thru for a quick withdrawal, and the process was smooth and efficient. The line moved fast, and the teller was friendly and professional. I appreciated how easy it was to handle my transaction without having to go inside.

I picked FAIRWINDS to open a business account because of the amazing reviews. I was able to get an appointment quickly for the same day. The assistant manager was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Even when I first arrived a staff member offered me a complimentary water bottle. I was extremely impressed by the customer service. It's a very positive environment & wasn't busy either. Overall had a great experience so far and glad I picked to go here.

I went with my wife to to open a checking account for her at the Lake Forest branch in Sanford. My wife does not speak English very well, but I planned to translate to whomever was available. The banker whom was assisting us was Karol Hudson, and all I can say that both my wife and I were so happy that she was able to work with us. She noticed I was speaking to my wife exclusively in Spanish and did all of the explanations for me. It was the easiest experience I could have asked for. Went into Fairwinds to ask advice and get a load for my first car. Edwin took the time and was vested in helping me in make a good decision. I had an amazing experience with having all my questions answered and being taken care of.

We have been with FAIRWINDS Credit Union since 1998 and have never got the kind of help and service until we walked into the Sandford branch at the SR-46 location. My husband and I met with Ms.Elisa Forte who's knowledge and professionalism was still surpassed by her caring compassion attitude towards us.. She helped us to turn our situation around along with Mrs. Saadia Soto's help. Their services to us were top notch and we would be forever grateful to both of them. They really are the best and can't say enough about it.
The BEST Credit Union in Florida!!! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE , even the clerks that didn't serve you was making sure you were comfortable in their bank ... NOW THAT'S HOSPITALITY!!!
