I have been a member over 10 years and I have never experienced the care and concern like I do at the Clermont branch. I met the new branch manager Kim when I had an issue and I must admit that I was not the nicest. She was still so pleasant and caring that it felt unreal. Kim was able to ease my mind and help me understand how billpayer worked. Kims a keeper!
