Everything was put together very fast minus some of the paperwork redundancies. Other than that it was a great experience.
GOOD TEAM work.
The Pennymac team was always nice and pretty helpful, they explain me what documents I should send and the understand if I was busy at my job and call me bavk if I need it. Everything was fast thru the website and the emails.
Process team did a great job. But not sure who is responsible for disclosure changes over 2 time with wrong info. And it is frustrating when loan officer says, I'm not sure who changed it.

The communication is really bad. We wouldn't have closed on our house on time if Faiza's manager wouldn't have intervened.
