I like their flowers but was not prepared to have to work so hard to get the proposal for the reception and ceremony to reflect what we had talked about. It was a lot of added stress over a 6 month period that I did not need. The workers in the shop were great but seemed to have their hands tied due to the person in charge. Worst corsage I've ever seen. So disappointed! $50 for these weeds! I Was expecting so much more from this company. My son just wanted flowers to match his dates dress that was Lavender. And this was all they could come up with. Pitiful

I asked them to make a florist's choice arrangement for my aunt's anniversary and upcoming surgery. I specially asked to avoid carnations and to include the freshest flowers including some roses and lilies. Also included a message. The flowers arrived with mostly carnations, some other wilted flowers and no message. It looked like a cheap $5-10 trader joes bouquet. Am extremely upset and will never be using them again!

I ordered flowers from this business twice. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Both times the woman who put the arrangements together seemed very unfriendly compared to the rest of the staff and didn't seem to care much about the customer. She also, I think, assumed that customers don't know anything about flowers and can't tell one from the other. OHhh how do I wish to warn you all of this place. They may advertise that they are the best in raleigh, but thanks their pretentiousness, confident, and dishonest work in which they do. I myself can be a witness for said statement as to the fact I ordered from them for Valentine's Day a specialty arrangement of flowers in which they claimed they were familiar with, I asked for certain specifics including red roses since they profusely stated they did not have very many colors to choose from the previous day before except f... read more
