Dr. Wygodny is the BEST dentist! I have had a fear of dentist for many many years and now I have no anxiety or fear of going. Highly recommended!!! The staff is awesome too.
Prior the service, I went there to inform them that I have my insurance change. They look at it and told me yes, they accepted it that my new insurance are in the network. Few months later, I went for service they provide the service and sent bill to me. I went back that I don’t copay before what has changed they told me my insurance never cover all. This used to be a professional and customer focused practice for the last 14 years that we have been patients. A year ago I would refer anyone and everyone to the practice. Since they have hired new office staff I can say that we will be finding a new dentist. What office doesn't inform a patient they would be responsible for $700 out-of- pocket for two fillings before they schedule the appointment? And what a shame that the Dr. Wygodny refused to take my call and have a conversation about it. Say goodbye to four patients.
I highly recommend this dentist! Our family comes here, and I have told extended family and friends about them as well. Everyone is so nice, the hygienists do a great job cleaning with no pain, the dentist is calm, thorough, and very knowledgable. They are so great with my child, that she looks forward to her appointments. I also appreciate how clean the office always is. Thank you for taking such great and compassionate care of my family!
I had a very pleasant experience with my appointment. A great experience from beginning to end. I will definitely come back for my dental needs. I greatly recommend.
