It was my first visit with Ramon. I have been in therapy before, but it’s still a little nerve-wracking to see a new person. I was completely comfortable with him and I feel like we had a great intake session and I’m looking forward to seeing him again, he couldn’t have been better!

My therapist is great, everyone is friendly, and the billing always seems to be correct, but their software systems are pretty annoying. The check-in system asks way too many questions and displays personal information on a public screen, then doesn’t give you a way out other than cancelling. (I’m sure there’s one specific way to do it “right” but I’ve never stumbled upon it.)
