My therapist is great, everyone is friendly, and the billing always seems to be correct, but their software systems are pretty annoying. The check-in system asks way too many questions and displays personal information on a public screen, then doesn’t give you a way out other than cancelling. (I’m sure there’s one specific way to do it “right” but I’ve never stumbled upon it.)
Shauna is very skilled at therapy. The office staff is very welcoming.

Joseph Ballent is an amazing psychiatrist, he is always helpful and kind.
My therapist is great and I feel better after talking with her, but my newest experience is with Dr. Gutierrez and she is wonderful!! She listened and had real answers for me. I really like her!
