Staff were very polite and understanding. I was a few minutes late due to all the traffic on my way from Pueblo to Colorado Springs(45 minutes from my home to where I was going for my appointment). They are very friendly and I always have a good visit.

Wonderful! Even though my wife passed 2+ years ago I've been having a difficult time dealing with her loss. When I walked into Lisa's interview room I was emotionally down. Lisa helped me see the many positive things in my life that I should be thankful for. When I left Lisa's office I was smiling and feeling much better.
