My provider is not always patient when speaking with me. This last appointment was especially difficult as I was trying to describe the psychological hardships I was experiencing and my reluctance to take certain medication for it. I was asking a lot of questions about the medication and my provider became visibly frustrated with me and shut down the conversation because I couldn’t make a decision fast enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the doctors and therapists are knowledgeable, supportive and they listen; they provide helpful solutions and someone is always available should there be a necessity. I recommend this group.

My counselor had to miss another appt, and I received no explanation . Made an appointment with Allison for follow-up and next steps for in person and I rec. a text that it is now a telemedicine session. This appointment was scheduled by a person at the front desk of the Sloan’s lake office. I’m trying to switch therapies, and I think all appointments are important..
I met with Ashley. She was absolutely great. I felt so comfortable with her. She was kind and really listened to me. She took over my prescriptions and called them in. I met Dr. Bacon for a short visit. I liked him also. I’m glad I found Family Care Center.
