The team at Family Care Center is always kind and welcoming when I come in for my appointments. I feel heard and supported, and my counselor relates with understanding and empathy. I've been able to internalize the skills and tools provided in treatment to better manage my anxiety and trauma. I am in a much better place emotionally at this point.
