Making this appointment was truly horrible. I called so so many times and left so so many voicemails and could not make an appointment in person. The call center regularly hung up on me when I was next in the queue. Once I got an appointment, my care was excellent!! Hugely grateful.
The billing in insane. No charges for months making me think my services were fully covered by insurance then 7 months later I get a bill for almost $800 of services billed all at once. Insane.

Felt cold treatment from staff from our first appt. We met with our provider for 5 sessions and felt like she did not give us anything actionable to work on with our daughter. We wasted 5 hours + missing work and drive time for no progress.
