My therapist is wonderful. I should have been in therapy a long time ago, but she patiently guides me to a better path for my mental health. I feel comfortable at this clinic, which was a big concern for me, the staff is great. I hope to continue finding my way to healing and I think this is a wonderful place to do it. 10/10
I love this place!! I was in a very bad place at the beginning of the year, and it was amazing to have the support if a great therapist and psychiatrist. I'm doing much better now, in large parts due to them. It's great teletherapy if you're a bit far away too!
I removed my children from this facility a few months ago when I saw the curly haired receptionist, put another patients cash copayment in her pocket. The actual psychiatrist that helped us was pretty great. If you must Take your children here or go here for yourself I strongly recommend using the patient portal to pay any bills. Thank goodness for Family Care Centers! They saved my life! From Carly and Kate who does scheduling to Lisa Laws and Candice to finally Doctor Osborne. I highly recommend FCC to everyone!!!
Our daughter has really benefited from her visits. Her attitude has been turned from being depressed and confused to being positive and energetic. Her schooling has gone from a struggle for mediocrity to an ease into excellence. Mental health is the key to successful life.
