Two days before appointment, received a text confirming appointment. Day prior to appt, received a text saying it was cancelled with no explanation. Called and was told that therapist had too many new patients and had to cancel some. They didn't know this until the day before? They rebooked us with a different therapist for the same time period. Horrible horrible, manipulative psychiatric nurse practitioner should lose her license. She manipulated a vulnerable young adult teen, instead of listening and helping she created more trauma abuse. Patient wound up in psych hospital at the hands of this supposed mental health professional. Total mis treatment not qualified to hold this position.
