My therapist is amazing. She’s very informative and provides a safe space for me to be the most vulnerable I’ve ever been. She’s understanding and validating but also provides critical feedback and thoroughly explains why my method is counterproductive to my treatment. She provides great suggestions for maintaining my mental wellbeing and I trust her more than I’ve trusted any other therapist I’ve tried in the past.
