Dr. Sim explains procedures and tries to reassure with professionalism and care. Had 5 rough extractions my last visit and Dr. Sim explained post procedural care. Thought that was the end until next visit. Later that night at home Dr. Sim called for a well being check. This shows he cares for his patients above and beyond his required care. 👍
