Absolutely Nothing!!!! No improvement needed. You have definitely met and exceeded my expectations. From the meet and greet to the final step of assisting/submitting financial assistance paperwork. A one stop shop. I love it. You have taken customer service to an all time high. My only regret, is that I did not hear about you sooner.
