I have been a patient for a few years. FDC has helped me through a chronic issue, and I am back to normal now. They are always on time, transparent about fees, professional, and very friendly. I recently had a cavity filled, and it was accomplished quickly and with absolutely NO PAIN.
Everyone was very friendly and thorough.
No one "Likes" to go to the dentist (or any doctor of any kind for that matter) but going to Family Dental Center is always a pleasant experience. The staff from arrival through to leaving is awesome, and Hannah, who has been my hygienist the last several visits, is particularly AWESOME! I request this service using Lisa. She is thorough, gentle, and patient because I gag. ONE THING... I forgot to inquire about FLOSOMAX... My PCA has recommended I take a weekly pill for bone deterioration. I need to get the info this.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Betzing, and I now consider her to be "my dentist." She answered my questions, made suggestions, examined my teeth, and did it all with professionalism, warmth, and humor. I've liked all of the professionals I've met at Family Dental Center, and I hope Dr. Betzing will be my dentist for a long time.
