This is my second visit to Family Dentistry of Morgantown since my long time family dentist retired. The entire staff from the time you walk in the door is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They deserve a “5” rating as does Dr. Kim. The reason for an overall rating of “4” is that in my opinion pricing is somewhat high for the market area. I guess that is because it appears that dental practices are becoming obsolete and replaced by dental businesses much like the medical field.
I was very pleased with the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. He was very gentle and patient.
The dentist scares me! Dr. Bailey was amazing! He took the time to talk to me and explain what he was going to do step by step. He made sure I was comfortable before he started. Also the front desk was just as amazing
