Very clean and welcoming. All staff was friendly and attentive. I was a few minutes early for my appointment and I was able to be seen early. The doctor spent a good amount of time listening to my concerns and was very helpful
My appointment was quick and easy I didn’t wait long at all the moment i sat down in the waiting area I was already called to go back to get my teeth cleaned. My hygienist was amazing any time I looked uncomfortable she quickly asked if I was okay. For the life of me I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful. Thank you
I'm so glad that I've been able to return to Dr. Kim's practice after having moved back to the Elverson area. As before it's a very professional and comprehensive dental office.
I have a been a patient with Dr. Kim for many years. I appreciate her and her staff for their professionalism, caring and commitment. They try to keep me comfortable throughout the dental procedures.
I believe was was important was that the dentist took time and reviewed the films with me with an explanation
I've been here three times, with three different hygienists (the first one was Tammy, I never caught the next two's names), and it was a great experience every time. All of the ladies were super friendly and professional and made me feel right at home, starting at the front desk. Dr. Kim is Wonderful obviously, always explains whatever I need to know clearly and with a smile. :) Wish I could give six stars.
