This was my first visit. The office was efficient, the team was friendly and professional. All possible protocols to protect patients were being observed. I am happy I made the move to Dr. Kim's practice.
Checking in & dealing with insurance was annoying but the people were very nice & great. I usually HATE going to the dentist but the nurse lady was so nice & gentle & the doctor lady was nice & personable & both answered all my questions.
Everyone from the call to make the appointment to billing and all who clean and fix my teeth, and Dr Yooson Kim. Are above any other dentist office I have ever been to. They are all wonderful! I am so blessed to have found them!
