Unfortunately I forget the lady's name, but she was excellent. I had questions on what I could improve with my dental hygiene. She was patient with my questions but very helpful and detailed in answering my questions. When cleaning my teeth she was gentle, even when the tools were right in the gums.

Everyone was friendly. I got into the appointment right away. Pam was great cleaning my teeth and explaining things to me. Dr. Kim was great at explaining what was needed and plan to get me a quote. The receptionist offered to contact my insurance company to see what they might be able to help me with and that was awesome!!! Everyone was great, and I appreciated all their help.
Dentist and dental technicians are great. Waiting area and the rest of the facility were very clean and comfortable. Front desk folks need a little work. Confirming appointments was a little confusing because I had to confirm by phone and twice on line. Billing was confusing because they sent a bill to me through text and I don't text so the bill never got to me. In the past I always received my bills through the mail and I paid them right away. Like I said, just a few things to work on.
Answered any questions I had without any judgements. Took the time patiently to explain what needs to be worked on and how we are going to go about doing one thing at a time. Very pleasant experience.
