The dental hygienist was awesome, so was the dentist. Would have been a 5 star had the receptionist not made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that it was nice.
Dr. Kim is awesome! She diagnosed quickly and explained options. I was in agony and totally appreciated how quickly she fit me in. The same problem exists on the other side of my mouth (lower right), and could be added to the extraction list. I had said something about a crown coming off and my lower front teeth issue. too. I'll be seeing a lot of them and am grateful for their skills, organization, and team communication.
Been using Dr Kim since I became new resident of PA almost 6 yrs ago. I've seen her office grow by leaps and bounds. I've had near perfect experiences every time I've visited both in her smaller office and currently her new office. Her staff, her services are too notch. She's expensive but you get what you pay for and it would be hard to trust anyone else with my dental issues. Services I've received are crowns, bonding, invisalign, cleanings and root canal.
