I was nervous and a new patient. You guys made me comfortable with the atmosphere and knowing my name as soon as I walked in. The wait time is less than a minute and your team explained what was going to take place. I love my new smile. Thank you so much!
The new building is immaculate and my dental hygienist was absolutely phenomenal and so friendly. Only downside was being told from the front staff that tooth bleaching was not covered at all, but checked my insurance again when I got home and like I thought - 80% is supposed to be.
I didn’t have much done on my first visit just the Dr checking me out, I am going back for some of the work and a cleaning on the 17th and then I can give a better review on how I think the office and Dr measure up. I will say for sure everyone I interacted with was very nice, they would have to be for me to consider going back.
Hygienist was thorough and very pleasant to work with. Front staff was very accommodating.
Had a great first visit, my hygienist did a wonderful job with my cleaning and had lots of helpful suggestions for my current dental situation. I got scans for potential tray insertion and it was so cool seeing a full 3D model of my teeth! I also really appreciated the warm water during my cleaning, made it nearly painless as a person with sensitive teeth. Dr. Kim was very personable, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and had great suggestions for next steps.
My teeth are very happy!
The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Everyone was super nice. I went a couple years ago to smile builders, they wanted to replace my fillings, here they said they looked great. This will definitely be my new dentist office.
