Polite staff, clean office, Fast service pushing patients through quickly. Minimal education and explanation of what to expect next, But overall positive experience. I will be using them in the future. Solid 3.5 stars.
I love Dr. Kim's office and staff. I moved from Morgantown 5 years ago but still go back to go to the dentist because of her and her staff.
My wife and I feel very lucky to have it such a great dentist so close to home. Dr Kim fit me in without an appointment and I really appreciate that. I have some serious dental problems and the doctor is always compassionate, understanding, supportive and encouraging. There's never even a hint of judgment or criticism. One vote for best dentist in the county!
The experience in the office was pretty good. However, while I was waiting for my aligners for over a month, a staff member promised to call and let me know what was going on with my order. They did not.
Had excellent visit with Kirestin and Dr. Kim and front desk personnel-nice staff to deal with-THANKS TO ALL!!
Thorough cleaning that didn’t take overly long. Pleasant staff
