I can't say enough about the team in the Ephrata office. Every visit has been a positive and easy experience from walking in with reception, thru the procedure and scheduling.

Family Dentistry of Ephrata has a super friendly staff, the dental hygienist was very thorough and explained as she was working, even asked howbibwas doing throughout the cleaning. I was very impressed with my first visit!
They're so helpful there and explain everything They're doing.. dont feel like a number there actually feel like they care.
My husband and I had our 6 month check-in yesterday. Although it seemed the entire crew was new since our last visit, procedures were done professionally and with personal care. No Pain, no discomfort. Melissa (our dental Hygienist) was great. Thanks everyone.
