Friendly, professional, great dental experience
On arrival I was so anxiety ridden! I was new to this practice…everything was great..my hygienist was Payton…She explained everything to me and helped ease my anxiety! Also met Dr Pinto…He took his time with me answered any questions I had! I would definitely recommend this practice!!
Kind staff and quick excellent service
It was a great experience with Family Dentistry of Ephrata. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The hygenist was very good and shared some dental tips with me I had never heard previously.
Explained everything good and thorough even if I had questions about things.
I was very relaxed and the hygienist was very gentle and kind , no pain . I'm sorry my first visit I can't remember the young lady's name but she was very good and the receptionist too were all great 😀
Always a pleasant experience, this office is well run and well lit. Staff are professional and capable.
