Yesterday was our first time visiting this location and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. If it weren't for them, my daughter wouldn't have gotten the surgery she needed in time. Kimberly did a fantastic job recognizing the symptoms of an apendicitis and got us a quick appointment for an ultrasound.
I was amazed how fast they saw me and understood my pain. And followed up with me having test done the following day. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The clinic is bright & clean. The service was quick. Connie was the BEST! Never imagined I could have my procedure with virtually zero pain. I’m pleasantly surprised. She goes above & beyond and ROCKS!
Very fast didn't have to wait long at all to seen. The doctor was amazing as was the staff!! The doctor actually cared you don't find too many of them anymore.
I am a returning patient to Family First Urgent Care. I am so excited that our side of Conroe has been blessed with a beautiful new clinic in Cut n Shoot. The ladies there are AMAZING! They welcome you with a smile and give you their utmost attention. We will definitely be going back any time we need too, highly recommended.
