My wonderful experience with this office started before I even walked through their door. Stacy was not only kind but welcoming while making my initial appointment over the phone. I was greeted with friendly faces from everyone in the office. Dr. Klaib was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease during my visit. I truly felt like for the first time in a while a dentist cared about my dental concerns. I can’t say enough positive things about this office. I can’t wait for my next visit!
Dr. Raffoul and the team over at Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry never disappoint. Went in for fillings recently and almost fell asleep during the procedure - they made it such an easy and painless process!
I have been a patient for 2 years now. I drive all the way from Venice FL because I love this office. Yesterday I had an old crown removed and a new temporary added. It was the first time I had. Dr. Fadi Raffoul work on me. He has a sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. I also had Dr. Charbel Klaib who gave me novacaine. He wanted to make sure I had a good experience. What a team I can’t say enough about this office.
- I’ve been a patient here for more than 25 years. These folks have been like family to me and my family. - The staff is absolutely professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. - Dr. Patel examined me and did a wonderful job. She is a very competent and skillful dentist. - I’m terribly claustrophobic and require nitrous oxide during a dental visit. Mattie, my Dental Hygienist, was absolutely great! She put me at ease and I never once felt uncomfortable. Thank you Mattie.
As usual Diane is a diamond. She is so careful she makes me feel so comfortable. Diane is a educator as well. I feel like little a kid with all the free hygiene gifts they give you just to make sure that you keep your teeth because they care that much . Thank you so much , Ms. Valerie.
