Alishia Goss is amazing. She is the treatment coordinator for me and my son and she has been patient, thorough and kind everytime! She always makes me feel like we are in good hands. Dr. Richard is also very friendly and great at making sure he addresses all my concerns.
Will not be going back. First they switched from Duluth to Snellville. They were extremely late for my child’s appointment over a hour. I called ahead one day letting them know that I was running late due to school traffic. They said they would let the doctor know. I get there and the doctor walked out. Their excuse no one let them know. The doctor(s) do not make themselves available. They’re only there specific days, the office is only open specific days. Everything is such a hassle and I cannot wait to be done with them.
I am so disappointed in this office. I took off work to bring my daughter here to get her retainer fixed. It needed to be re-glued on one side as it had become loose. Granted we just moved from Texas, and they are not our orthodontist; however, they did do my son’s braces before we moved to Texas for a military activation. I haven't been a patient in a few years, but I needed to have my retainers remade. It was good to go in and see familiar faces (low turnover😉) and to be remembered. I highly recommend Family Orthodontics for parents and their children. 😁
Very terrible patient service. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ryan months prior for my son. My son shows up for the appointment on time with a confirmed text message but were turned away. They falsely claimed our appointment was cancelled over the phone. Incredibly poor service.
