If I could give 0 stars I would. I worked there for 2 and a half days before I got sent into a panic attack because of the staff. The lead technician was completely rude to me, customers, vets, other technicians, and the hospital manager. The hospital manager told me to my face before I left to go to the doctor "don't worry about her. Just brush it off. She does this to everyone including me." I'm very disappointed because I really wanted to have a career with them but it didn't feel like a team because everyone was walking on... read more

Megan, I'm sorry to hear that your short time with us was not what you hoped it would be. We as a staff were under the impression that your time with us was a great learning experience and that the HM, lead tech and other staff members were great teachers and helpful to your questions. If you would, kindly, express your concerns with us directly via phone as it is news to us of the concerns you had/have and this form of communication may be best done person to person. Again, we are here to help in any way possible.
The service has completely gone downhill at this clinic. First, the tech appeared nervous around my dog when he first greeted him. His body language showed that he was not comfortable, even though my dog was not acting aggressive or scared in any way. Then, the tech told me that my dog would do better away from me during the tests and exam because he would be less nervous and not trying to protect me (though there had been NO history in which this was found to be true. Anyone that can declaw a cat for someone who cares more about furniture or their things is as bad as a owner wanting this done. No cat should have the claws removed , no matter what a vet says , it causes problems , and they have part of their toes removed, and are voiceless , cats are born with claws for a reason just like we are born with fingernails
Animal abuse is everyone's business, when you stop performing digital amputations on a once healthy cat, I will change my review. If you kept up on CE, you would have read the new study in the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery-Pain and Adverse Behavior in Declawed Cats-May 2017-PEER REVIEWED
Just one question & maybe the staff will answer this: Why do you feel the necessity to declaw cats? After all the countless hours of research done on this unnecessary evil amputation surgery, why do it? There are many alternatives to declawing, I should know because I TRAINED my cats to scratch their condos. Key is, make them think it is their idea.
Business response:
Jen, we appreciate your opinion but we kindly ask that all reviews are just that- reviews of services received at our business. Our doctors and staff top priority is our patients’ well-being and we make every veterinary decision based with their best interest in mind. Please feel free to call us should you have any additional concerns.
