The vet, I wish I could remember his name, did an x ray on my pug who had broken his leg. The vet took the x ray on WRONG leg. I then had to go back and he tells me the only option is to amputate. He said he’d give me the name of a guy who is not board certified and never gave me a phone number or a phone call. I went to Banfield and the vet there said she wouldn’t recommend amputation as a first choice. She recommended red me to a specialist. By this point FPC had wasted my time and his bone heel wrong. Extremely over priced and very rude. I have been going here since the doctor who owned it died when a horse kicked her in the head. 15-20 yrs now. They were privately owned and today I found out that they are a franchise. The receptionist has been rude to my boyfriend in person and over the phone now several times. It's like they don't care about your pet they only care about the money. My dog is due on all of his shots. They wanted 180.00.... well it's been a bitter sweet day because we have switched to Davis.
