They are really nice people. I just felt like I wasn’t heard. I was told some things that I just didn’t trust and so I got a second opinion and found out something they said was not a big deal was actually a concern. Dr. Bray was always very kind. Dr Herron was working Saturday and she responded to a question I asked by laughing and saying “well yeah if I didn’t think it would, I wouldn’t do it”. I took my dog here for severe allergy issues. They kept him sick and nearly killed him. He survived a dog attack and was seen by someone who was a roaming veterinarian. He warned me to not let them throw his latest blood draw away - because they had drawn so much it would be horribly hard on his body. I had an emergency with my daughter. Sent my neighbor to pick up my dog, they treated her like a criminal.
