I Really can't put into words how dissatisfied I am with this clinic, you would think with the medical degree and background they would know that when a sick Bird/animal comes in you focus on what may be causing the illness and not worry about this other stuff until the bird feels better. They should change their name to heartless pet hospital! If ur like me your pet is your family!!!. unfortunately I recently lost two of my babies. I went to this Pet Hospital. They diagnosed one of my babies with parvo. yes I understand Parvo is a deadly disease.
