When I first started with Farah and Farah, the case manager paid no attention to me, I almost left this firm. However, later Mr. Staggard the attorney did a better job in communicating with me and helping me. I do not care for the case manager, Rose Pierre, she has lousy service and I also feel she may have damaged my case.
What has been an overwhelming experience that required an attorney, very thankful we called Farah and Farah. Never having to deal with an attorney before and anxious about how it could turn out, we are very pleased. Thankful especially to Rick Staggard, he has been extremely helpful and always available for any questions and/or concerns.
