The supervisor's need to stop "RUSHING" the people that take all this information. It takes time to listen to people and document issues!!!! I guess supervisors forget that they used to do this for a living too.

I wasn?t told why my case was not taken. Based on the advertisements I had seen, I really was under the impression they would assist me. Not enough money I suppose. Not responding this way because my case was denied. Thought they cared
The attorney that called me was not very informative of my needs and was very smug. He informed me 3 different times he was turning me down. I feel once was enough but he seemed to keep saying it as to get satisfaction from it...
