This is my front lawn on the right - and my neighbor’s front lawn on the left. My lawn looks terrible. We’ve been using Farison for about a year. When I express concerns - they do not take me seriously. I’ve also got onion looking weeds that won’t go away. The company finally informed me that I have Bermudagrass and it goes dormant and looks brown for most of the year. I’m not sure why they even took my money. Who would want to pay for this. No refunds or apologies. I’m feeling super defeated.

Had to call each time to see when the application would be applied. After the first app, I still had a weed problem so I called and was promised a reapplication. Instead, I got the second application and an invoice. In mid July I called to cancel since I had not received an application for almost 3 months. Sent a letter to the owners outlining my disappointment with their services and never received a response. Disappointing experience.

I have been using Farison for over 3 years. Last summer and fall I called several times to complain about the quality of my lawn. I question if the lawn was even sprayed. Today after receiving a treatment I called I called to discuss my lawn. Scott a supposed "manager" mansplained and refused to listen to me. My lawn looked better when I put down treatment.
