First year with Farison went great, then lawn started to go the opposite direction. Not recommended

Unfortunately, he had a medical emergency which delayed the free consultation which we truly are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. This is my front lawn on the right - and my neighbor’s front lawn on the left. My lawn looks terrible. We’ve been using Farison for about a year. When I express concerns - they do not take me seriously. I’ve also got onion looking weeds that won’t go away. The company finally informed me that I have Bermudagrass and it goes dormant and looks brown for most of the year. I’m not sure why they even took my money. Who would want to pay for this. No refunds or apologies. I’m feeling super defeated.

Hi Mrs. Tabert, First and foremost, we take all our customers serious, however there is not always an easy fix. The owner was on your property within 1 day of you calling expressing concern with brown grass on November 11th. The brown grass was identified as dormant Bermudagrass on November 12th, which is a very common contaminant. He also spot sprayed some Wild Onions for free while he was there that day. Had to call each time to see when the application would be applied. After the first app, I still had a weed problem so I called and was promised a reapplication. Instead, I got the second application and an invoice. In mid July I called to cancel since I had not received an application for almost 3 months. Sent a letter to the owners outlining my disappointment with their services and never received a response. Disappointing experience.

Mr. Balf, I apologize we were unable to meet your needs. You do not have to call in between applications unless you need your application sooner than we have it on schedule. We apologize you did not have a good experience with us, and we are sorry to see you go! We are a family owned business since 1971 and take great pride in our lawns and customer satisfaction. I have been using Farison for over 3 years. Last summer and fall I called several times to complain about the quality of my lawn. I question if the lawn was even sprayed. Today after receiving a treatment I called I called to discuss my lawn. Scott a supposed "manager" mansplained and refused to listen to me. My lawn looked better when I put down treatment.

Mrs. Boylan, The weeds you are seeing now are the winter annual weeds, and cannot be prevented from growing. The weed control we applied will kill them after two weeks and two mowings. Weed control is a continual effort, as regrowth is normal, and expected. All of our broadleaf weed control applications come with a 30 day warranty to help control regrowth that occurs in between applications. I have had Farison for 4 years and my yard this year looks like crap! I have pictures on Facebook showing my yard! I have contacted Farison and they promised to do something about the yard but haven’t shown up! Another lawn company stopped by last night and were shocked to see we did have lawn service and then I showed them the Farison sign in the yard!
