I used to love Farm Burger, but my experience yesterday sealed that it’s just not for me & my family anymore. I will say before I go further, that both my husband and I are longtime hospitality industry people, and I don’t post a negative review lightly. It’s a Monday night, approximately 6pm. Not busy. Just ordered a delicious Farm Burger but received a very rare cooked burger that was suppose to be well done. Due to the fact that I placed my order via Uber Eats, who by the way did an exceptional job getting food to me on time, I was told I could only receive an emailed gift certificate and/or purchase refund. This did nothing for my hunger and craving for a delicious burger. Thanks Farm Burger for screwing up my lunch order!!!! Now I can starve until after 3:30p.

Soooo disappointed. Just moved back. Medium rare burger was well done. Had to drive back out. Remade burger was dry and cold. I’d been eating here since they opened. So sad to see that the food isn’t the same.
NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED! Was waiting in line and was flat out told someone was in front of me when I had my spot in line and was told to go to the back of the line. Needless to say I will never eat here ... was my first time trying it out but NOPE ill take my business where it is appreciated.
Took the family to Farm Burger to use a coupon I had after a less than awesome burger at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. As usual, this location is what a locally sourced grass-fed burger place should be. My wife stood in line and fought the crowd to get to the stand at Mercedes Benz Stadium tonight to find out that there is no way in any way for her to order a burger without cheese...like none. How is this possible? This would have been her first Farm Burger experience and it was blown. What? Do you guys mix cheese into the raw meat when you patty them up? This cuts out all your clientele with Dairy allergies. It doesn’t look like your restaurants have this same issue.

The � was tasty, the cashier was very attentive however Having to pay for each add item like cheese lettuce etc meant I would have like to get what I paid for. My tomato was missing. The container basket in which the burger was served was too small. Had to remove the burger to properly grasp it. Sign said the busser can help with additional orders after being seated but we never saw him. The egg was overfried and not succulent. Stay away from that unnecessary cost.
I was trying to be healthy and not eat bread or fries. I have to go back when I can eat bread and not the sweet potato fries....
I really wanted to like it but the veggie burger was utterly tasteless and mushy. Service was great but food not so much. Very disappointed.
