I was there 1-2 weeks ago to pick up to go. Note that Uber eats will charge you an arm and leg. $50 dinner is $30 if you pick it up yourself. During this pandemic you can decide if that extra $20 is worth it. While I was waiting for my food, I saw one guy packing my food and video chatting with someone. And then I saw one staff hug another. Not sure if they are the most studious when it comes to pandemic best practices. Next time I had a craving for burgers, I grilled my own. It’s more work but I feel safer.
The service was unconscionably slow. I took almost two hours before most of our food arrived, but not everything came. No attempt was made to apologize or to refund our money. There was some talk of a coupon or gift certificate as compensation, but that never arrived, so we left without having had a full meal and with the determination never to return to this restaurant again.
First time at Farm Burger and will NEVER go back to this location. It took the servers SIX tries to bring out my burger. The first two, the server asked me if it was my order. I told him I didn’t order any fries, couldn’t be my order. Server came back later with a burger with a sesame seed bun. I asked if it was gluten free, like I ordered. we were there for our schools spirit night and were one of the first ones and sat there for 50 minutes with no food! we asked several times where it was, they said they would move our ticket up when low and behold they never had our order! worst service I've ever experienced there.
