I popped into Farnham’s last week to check out the amazing new appliance line they now have on display in their spacious and very beautiful showroom. All I can say is WOW!! Tammy, the very knowledgeable and personable appliance expert walked me through all of the features of every appliance I am interested in and answered every question with great detail and enthusiasm. I walked in, was immediately greeted. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he took me straight to their selection. He answered my questions thoroughly but wasn’t too chatty. Once I made my decision I said I hadn’t brought my wallet because I didn’t actually expect to find exactly what I was looking for. I did, however, have my phone. Their selection is great in the recliner depth. I purchased a beautiful blue one 2 days ago. I received the recliner yesterday. Last night I slept in my recliner and I didn't wake up till 11 am! I couldn't believe how great I felt. This is the best recliner that I have ever had! Thanks so much for being here!
CAUTION ! If service is important to you, this is not the place for you. We ordered a bed and were told it would be here in about 3 days. We explained to them how important it was to have the bed for our ill mother. Well its been two weeks and still no answer so I went in to talk to the mgr and the owner happened to be there. I started to explain to him and he just shook his head and walked away. Very poor POOR customer service. We will not go back! Please be cautious when shopping here.
This place is FAR superior to any other furniture store in Casper. We visited them all, no contest. We are happy with the cost and the sales staff did a great job. Blessings to them.
