Wasn't happy with what I thought I ordered with the sales person. And what I received. She apologized and said she wasn't familiar with it. I was supposed to get a new bed in the box from the warehouse All came from the showroom floor. The Manager told me they could replace the bed in a month. He also offered me $ 50.00 off a nightstand to keep it all. Which was a bit of an insult. I told him I would probably just return it then. He rudely said it would be a 3% fee on my debit card. Not a Happy customer!

Past experience has been great, most recent very disappointing! Communication less than adequate. We bought a table back in July originally told table would be here 1st week of September. Never heard different so we got rid of old table expecting new table. Never heard it wasn’t coming. Finally called last week of September to see what was going on. We were told they had no idea when we would get it. Waited patiently until November, called again, were told it would be here in December. They were told I needed table for large... read more

Janelle, sorry for you disappointment in not having your dining table for Christmas. If you look at your invoice you'll see the time frame is marked as 6-8 months. Your table set did ship about a month ago, but the trucking company hasn't made it here yet despite our calls to them. We hope despite the difficulty of not having the table that you'll have a great Christmas with family & friends.

I put in a service request online about 2 months ago. I did not receive a response so about 2 weeks later I called. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was out until Saturday. Saturday came and went, the Saturday after that came and went. I tried calling again. I was told that they don't have a service department anymore and its just someone "doing it on the side". I asked if there was a store manager I could speak to and was told "No, they are just going to tell you the same thing". That call was 2 or 3 weeks ago... read more
