Peter was excellent as usual. Very customer service focused. Always checking to make sure all ok. Domenic is always professional and greets all of the customers with his usual positive energy. Great work! Good food! My only concern is the ambiance lacks as the place is always empty which is a concern. Casino management needs to make a game change ASAP as so many customers are not satisfied. So they have gone somewhere else to eat and gamble. It’s a shame, as I have seen how great it was.

Thought Farraddays might be very crowded on Preakness Day as they are located in the Casino. However, we had no problem making a reservation and were rewarded with gorgeous lamb chops, their peerless mashed potatoes, steamed seasonal squash and treated ourselves to chocolate cake My horse lost but our meal was a winner. Peter was my server and he was excellent, as usual. Always greets with a smile and keeps checking to make sure all ok. I had the onion soup which was exceptionally delicious tonight. I had the prime rib and rice pilaf which was excellent. It was very good meal. Thanks! After, I went to gamble and another regular customer asked where I ate dinner. Greeted by manager who is always welcoming and pleasant. Peter was my server, and as usual, he provided excellent service . He is very polite, and attentive to ensure everything is ok. I like that he always returns to make sure I don’t need anything further or drink refill. Excellent as always. Everyone, like Larry, also stops to say Hi. The staff here are very customer focused.
