I can’t recommend them highly enough at Fast Fit St Neots.. I’ve been using them for a few years now and they always recognise me when I go in. Prices are reasonable and the service is always quick and efficient. They are a great team there and always provide top notch customer service.
The guys here are lovely, my car is old and does a lot of miles so I guess I'm in there a lot but they recognise me and my car now and we have a bit of banter. I do compare pricing to what I could buy online and I've never felt 'ripped off'. The profit they take from a job seems reasonable to me and with Lidl across the road I normally drop off, do a bit of shopping and can drive home when I'm done. Quick, easy and reliable, what more can you ask for?
Popped in with a concern as my car felt strange, I was met by a polite gentleman behind the counter I believe his name was Michael, when I explained what was happening he came out looked at my tyres, he explained what the issue was and why it had happened. He was able to fix it there and then with his team which were also very polite. I was extremely happy with the efficient service and made to feel at ease, I would highly recommend.
My wife took her car here to get a tyre repaired (it had a nail in it) and was seen to quickly. The manager told her the tyre couldn’t be repaired and offered a Hankook tyre for £138. She specifically asked if it was a premium tyre, and he confirmed that it was, so the price seemed reasonable. However, when she got home, we realised they had actually installed a Laufenn tyre, which is a budget brand owned by Hankook — not the same thing at all. She returned the next day to complain. I have been coming to this tyre fitters for many years and have seen a change in management and the staff team in that time, where they do the work to a good standard i always book though Danny he is the only reliable employee at this branch, The manager Michael is rude does not take control of his staff team, does not know how to provide a good level off customer service and I have seen him be very confrontational towards other customers, this is also the same for one off the employees called Lewis he does not listen to dir... read more
