Poor service. I went for a New-hire POC. 1.To sign in at the kiosk, I was REQUIRED to provide unnecessary personal information (next of kin, insurance, pharmacy, medical history, employer name, address, phone, etc). The employer/payer information is in the order the personal information isn’t needed for a drug screen. But I was told it was REQUIRED of everyone. 2.
