The doctor spoke very bad English. VERY hard to understand anything she said.

I appreciate the ability to get in quick but I don’t feel the MD or NP listened well. Hard to understand her and she also had a mask on. I advocated for my need but she did not listen well. I do know my body and what I need!! I feel there was an underlying bacteria not virus and I should have been ordered an antibiotic. I probably have some underlying COPD and Azithromycin should have been ordered with a steroid. Also I don’t think she ordered enough of a steroid for my size.
When told we had sore throats a quick strep swab was done. The swab did not even touch the back of our throats. Waited 5 minutes for negative results and shuffled out. Bedside manner was poor and a thorough exam was not done. Paper work says provider was Morgan, Colby who is not listed on this form. Will never go back, very unprofessional!
Was there an hour and 25 mins. 2 people that registered after me, were called back before me.
The ONE dr that was on staff was great. Waiting was horrible
The provider refused to address my problem and when questioned at discharge she became noticeably angry and short.
It’s just not nice
Would not recommend this clinic.
service was okay but the copay was ridiculous. We wont be returning because the cost to got here is just outrageous.
